   All live entertainment ticket sales are final. Buffalo Run Casino & Resort does not offer refunds on purchased tickets.

2. Can I change or upgrade my ticket?

   Ticket exchanges, upgrades, and other ticketing requests are handled directly by StubWire. Please contact StubWire at 877-990-7882 for assistance.

3. Can I purchase tickets at the casino?

   Yes. Tickets are available for purchase at the Guest Services Box Office inside Buffalo Run Casino & Resort, subject to availability. To avoid waiting in line and missing the best possible seats, we recommend purchasing mobile tickets.

4. Is ADA-accessible seating available?

   Yes. Accessible seating requests should be made directly through StubWire by calling 877-990-7882.

5. Are guests under 18 allowed?

   Yes. Guests under 18 are permitted in dining areas and entertainment venues unless otherwise specified for a particular event. Some performances may be restricted to guests 18 and older.

6. Can I bring outside food or drinks into the venue?

   Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and beverages purchased inside Buffalo Run Casino & Resort may be taken into entertainment venues. For safety reasons, beverages served in glass containers will be transferred to plastic cups before entering the venue.
